What You'll Do
Manage day-to-day execution of environmental site and erosion control projects across Delaware
Schedule and direct field crews, subcontractors, and equipment to meet project timelines
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, inspectors, and project stakeholders
Track project budgets, labor, and material costs, and report on progress
Coordinate materials, permits, and deliveries to keep work moving
Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory requirements
Resolve field issues and adjust plans as site conditions change

We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to lead our bidding and cost-estimation efforts. In this role, you'll own the estimate from takeoff through proposal, pricing site, environmental, and erosion control work with the accuracy and speed that wins jobs and protects margins.
What You'll Do
Prepare detailed, accurate cost estimates for environmental site, erosion control, and site services projects across Delaware
Perform quantity takeoffs from plans, specifications, and site walks
Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes
Develop pricing for labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and overhead/markup
Review bid documents, scopes, and specifications to identify risks and exclusions
Build and submit competitive, well-documented proposals
Partner with project managers across both divisions to hand off won work and support buyout
Maintain and refine historical cost data and unit pricing to improve estimate accuracy
Mentor junior estimators and help standardize the estimating process company-wide
What We're Looking For
Several years of estimating experience, preferably in environmental, site work, civil, or construction
Strong takeoff skills and proficiency with estimating/takeoff software (e.g. Bluebeam, PlanSwift, HCSS, or similar)
Ability to read and interpret civil plans, grading, and erosion control drawings
Solid understanding of labor, equipment, and material costing
Sharp attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Comfortable managing multiple bids under deadline
Willingness to travel between sites statewide; valid driver's license required
